Social capita 1 has attracted more attention from many fields of social science, such as sociology and economics; it refers to the resources used to promote cooperation among behavioral subjects or the capability that can promote behavioral individuals to make profit with the help of social network. Network, trust and standard are the core factors of social capital. The focus of sociology is to analyze the related propositions by using the concept of social capital; the focus of economic is the driving role social capital plays in economic development. The related research is developed from the level of individual to the level of nation. It laid the solid foundation for the analysis of the relation between social capital and enterprises development from the level of enterprises.
