为解决在工艺信息和工艺过程驱动的三维工序模型重建过程中获取定位信息这一最大难点问题,提出将前驱三维工序模型与当前工序图进行关联映射,实现零件定位信息(即加工基准)的获取。根据球面调和分析,计算工序图与前驱三维工序模型各投影视图的相似度。针对大部分形状函数为空值的情况,利用平滑线性滤波器原理进行线性插值,相似度最大的投影视图即为前驱三维工序模型沿工序图方向的投影视图。介绍并利用图元邻接槽和图元关系向量实现加工基准的获取。以某一零件为例,对算法进行了验证。
It was difficult to acquire the locating information in the process of Three Dimensional(3D) process model reconstruction driven by process planning course and machining information.To tackle this problem,a method was proposed by mapping the previous 3D process model into current process drawing to realize the machinging benchmark information acquisition.According to the sphere harmonics analysis,the similarity among process drawing and each projection view of the previous 3D process model was computed.For most of the shape function values null,the smooth linear filter theory was used for linear interpolation.Projection view with the greatest similarity was the projection view that the previous 3D process model projected along the direction of process drawing.A graphic primitive adjacent slot and a graphic primitive relation vector were introduced to obtain the process benchmarks.The effectiveness of this method was verified by taking a part as an example.
