研究了C30、C50和C80在干湿循环和盐湖现场暴露环境下的损伤变化规律之间的关系,分析了试验环境与混凝土强度和腐蚀时间对相对动弹模量的影响,建立混凝土构件的腐蚀时间与相对动弹模量及干湿循环与现场暴露混凝土损伤的换算方程。试验结果表明:混凝土在于湿循环试验比现场暴露强度损伤的更快。混凝土构件E强化的时间与混凝土构件强度等级为负相关关系。混凝土强度等级与损伤加速度A1和损伤速度A1分别呈正指数和负指数函数关系,混凝土强度等级与损伤加速度的换算系数Kv和损伤速度的换算系数Kv呈指数函数关系,可通过换算系数和干湿循环损伤加速度A1和损伤速度A1预测以建实体工程混凝土的相对动弹模量。
The changes of C30,C50 and C80 damage under salt lake field exposure and dry-wet cycle was discussed.The influence of test environment and concrete compression strengths was analyzed.The model of relative dynamic elastic modulus (Err)and corrosive time was established, at the same time, the relationship of immersion and dry-wet cycle was established.The test results showed that dry-wet cy- cle accelerated sharply concrete E'r comparasion to salt lake field exposure.There was a negative correlativity between concrete strength grade and the reinforcing and decreasing time for concrete structure Err.damage acceleration and rate were expressed by strength grade of concrete with exponential function; conversion factor of damage acceleration and rate was also expressed by strength grade of concrete with exponential function, the real structure relative dynamic modulus can be predict by use of conversion factor and damage acceleration and rate of dry-wet cycle test.
