采用有机磷化合物二甲基-2-甲基丙烯酰氧基-乙基磷酸酯(DMMEP)和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VETS)复配制备阻燃真丝织物,探讨了整理后真丝织物的性能变化,包括白度、强力、洗涤前后的燃烧性能、热释放及一氧化碳生成情况等。研究结果表明,经此复配体系整理的真丝织物,白度、强力有所下降,但燃烧时热释放速率及一氧化碳生成量大大下降,降低了真丝织物在火灾中的危险性。表明该体系具有较好的协同阻燃性能。
This paper prepares flame retardant silk fabrics using organic phosphorus compound dimethyl-2- methylacryloyl oxy-ethyl phosphate(DMMEP) and vinyltriethoxysilane(VETS) and discusses the performance change of silk fabrics after finishing, including whiteness, mightiness, combustion performance before and after washing, heat release and production of carbon monoxide etc. The research result shows that silk fabrics finished by this compound system have decreased whiteness and mightiness and greatly reduced heat release rate and production of carbon monoxide during burning, thus reducing the danger of silk fabrics in fire disaster. This system has a good synergistic flame retardant property.
