为制备具有高导电率和优良力学性能的Al-Mg-Si合金导体,采用连续ECAE动态成形制备4mm的合金导线.借助电子金相显微镜、透射电镜、金属拉伸试验机和QJ57型双臂直流电桥研究了连续ECAE动态成形Al-Mg-Si合金导线微观组织、力学性能以及导电性能.结果表明连续ECAE动态成形能够制备高性能Al-Mg-Si合金导体,且在经过4道次连续ECAE加工后在温度160~180℃,时效时间6~8h时,Al-Mg-Si合金导体具有优良的综合性能,导线抗拉强度可达到295MPa左右,伸长率约为3.7%,等效导电率约为57.1%IACS,较连铸连轧成形Al-Mg-Si合金导线强度提高7.7%左右.
In order to produce Al-Mg-Si electric aluminum wires with high electric conductivity and excellent mechanical properties, 4 mm electrical aluminum wires in diameter were prepared by continuous dynamic aging ECAE forming process.By means of optical microscope,TEM,tensile testing machine and QJ57 double arm direct current bridge,the microstructure,mechanical properties and electric conductivities of the Al-Mg-Si electric aluminum wires are studied.The result shows that high-quality electric conductors with excellent microstructures properties were made by this technology.The wire under 6~8 hours aging treated at 160℃ to 180℃ can get a good comprehensive performance,the wire tensile strength can reach about 295 MPa,stretching coefficient is about 3.7, the equivalent conductivity is about 57.1%IACS.More than half of the overall performance of the existing strength of aluminum magnesium silicon alloy wire. The complicated properties were improved about 7.7% higher than that of Al-Mg-Si alloy wire prepared by continuous casting and rolling process.
