以某轿车半轴为研究对象,采用主应力法研究径向锻造过程中摩擦系数、轴向推拉力、模具角度和精整段长度对中性面和锻打力的影响。研究结果表明:摩擦系数、锤头角度和精整段长度对中性面和锻打力的影响较大,轴向力对两者的影响较小,但拉锻比推锻在减少锻造载荷方面更有利。中性面的位置影响轴的加工质量,可优化设计模具角度和精整段长度控制中性面的位置,进一步提高轴的加工质量的同时有效降低锻打力。得出相应的模具结构设计参数,并以该模具试制半轴,验证模具参数制定的正确性。
Taking an automobile axle as the research object, slab method was used to study the effect of radial forging process parameters on neutral plane and forging force. The results show that: coefficient of friction,sizing length and die angle greatly affects neutral plane and forging force. Axial forces have small influence on the two aspects, but the pull forging has more advantage over the push forging in reducing forging load. Processing quality is affected by the neutral plane, die angle and finishing length can be optimized to control the neutral place, further to improve the machining quality of axle and the forging force can be reduced.The correspondingstructure design of die is provided. After the experimental manufacturing with the optimized die, the trial result demonstrates the correctness of parameters set.
