污泥制备活性炭的活化剂及活化机制研究进展

利用哈尔滨市某污水处理厂的剩余污泥为原料,采用化学活化法制备出一系列污泥炭吸附剂,并利用稀土元素铈对其改性,将其应用于H2s臭气的脱除。利用比表面和孔结构分析仪、扫描电镜、FT-IR和XPS等对该吸附剂进行表征,用吸附装置对硫化氢进行吸附效能试验。结果表明,利用铈无论是掺杂改性,还是负载改性所制备的污泥活性炭吸附剂的脱臭性能都大大提高;改性后的污泥炭吸附剂仍为中孔,但孔径变小,不过表面活性官能团大大增加,使其与硫化氢的物化吸附以及化学和催化反应增强,从而使铈改性后的污泥炭吸附剂更有利于H2s的脱除。

Using sewage sludge as raw material from a wastewater treatment plant in city of Harbin, a series of activated carbon adsorbent was prepared by ehemieal activation method. Then it was modified by the rare earth ele- ments cerium, and applied it into removing the odor of H2 S. The adsorbent was characterized by using the surface area and pore structure analysis instrument, scanning electron microscopy, FF-IR and XPS, and tested by the adsorp- tion device to confirm the performance of adsorption of hydrogen sulfide. The results showed that the deodorizing properties would be greatly improved, no matter the cerium which was used to prepare sludge activated carbon adsor- bent was modified by doping or load. The hole of modified sludge activated carbon adsorbent remained mesopore with smaller diameter, but the surface aetive functional groups were greatly increased. In this case, the hydrogen sulfide can be physically adsorbed to enhance the chemical and catalytic reaction, so that the sludge activated carbon adsorbent modified by cerium can remove the odor of H2 S better.
