目的:优选桂枝汤最佳水提取工艺。方法:用紫外吸光度值考察桂枝煎煮时间,其它药材采用正交设计考察煎煮条件对水提得率的影响,综合评价优选桂枝汤最佳煎煮工艺。结果:桂枝汤最佳煎煮工艺为煎煮40 min,加8倍量水,煎煮3次。结论:该提取工艺简单可行。
Objective: To optimize water extracting technology of Guizhi decoction. Method: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to investigate the decocting time of Guizhi. Orthogonal design was performed to optimize water extracting condition of other herbs. With comprehensive indexes, the extracting process of Guizhi decoction was analyzed.
