Objective： To optimize water extracting technology of Guizhi decoction. Method： Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to investigate the decocting time of Guizhi. Orthogonal design was performed to optimize water extracting condition of other herbs. With comprehensive indexes, the extracting process of Guizhi decoction was analyzed.
