水泥水化放热过程的改变Ⅵ从多个方面着手,如改变水泥矿物成分、改变水泥细度、外掺混合材料,以及添加混凝土外加剂等。尝试通过改进外加剂的性能以优化水泥水化放热过程曲线,尤其足调整水泥水化热峰值以及峰值出现时的时间等特征值,以及水化放热过程改变后混凝土热学性能,将对混凝土温控防裂的基础研究有着重要意义。
The change of cement hydration exothermic process can carry on from multiple aspects, such as change of the cement mineral compositions, cement fineness, additive addition, concrete admixture addition and so on.This paper attempts to optimize the process curve of cement hydration exothermic through concrete admixture properties improvements, especially the adjustment of temperature peak of ce-ment hydration and the appearing time of temperature peak and other feature values, then analyze the variation of thermal properties of concrete caused by hydration exothermic.This experimental study will have important significance to the fundamental research of tempera-ture control and crack prevention.
