利用风洞试验对小型水平轴风力机的导流罩结冰现象进行了测试和分析。试验在冬季进行,在风洞吹出口附近安装了水滴流量可控的喷水装置来模拟结冰环境。试验中的水滴流量分别为0.5.1L/min,风速为4~12m/s,间隔1m/s。在相同水滴流量情况下,随着风速的增加,导流罩的结冰率呈增大的趋势;在同一风速条件下,大水滴流量下导流罩的结冰率比小水滴流量的大,而且这种趋势在低风速时较为明显。
The icing characteristics of a nose cone of the small-scale horizontal axis wind turbine were measured and analyzed by wind tunnel test. The test was carried out in winter. A water sprayer was set up near the outlet of the wind tunnel and the cold water flow rate can be controlled to simulate the icing condition. 2 kinds of water flow rate were selected: 0.5 L/min and 1L/min. There were 9 kinds of wind speeds from 4 m/s to 12 m/s with the angles were calculated. The icing distributions were obtained by the test. Under the condition of same water flow rate, the icing rate increased with the inereasing of wind speed. At the same wind speed the icing rate under the water flow rate of 1 L/min was larger than that of the 0.5 L/min. The trend was obvious under the condition of low wind speed.
