采用双向入流的圆形短管膜组件,并将超声激励技术用于膜蒸馏系统,以提高空气隙膜蒸馏通量.以自来水和稀盐溶液为料液,研究冷热溶液温差、空气隙厚度、超声激励和溶液浓度对蒸馏通量的影响.实验结果表明:合理设计膜组件、有效布置溶液的流动和控制实验参数,及超声激励技术,能降低温度极化、浓度极化和膜污染,从而有效提高空气隙膜蒸馏通量.
A round short tube membrane module with a dual - direction inflow and the ultrasonic irradiation technology is adopted to increase flux of air - gap membrane distillation of tap water and dilute saltwater. The effects of the difference in temperature between cold and hot solution, the air - gap thickness and solution con- centration on the permeate flux are studied. The experimental results indicate that disposal solution flow and control experimental parameters in reason as well as using ultrasonic irradiation technology can reduce temperature polarization, concentration polarization and membrane pollution, thus effectively increase flux of airgap membrane distillation.
