激光喷丸成形中,在弹性预加载下可以有效地克服自由状态下激光喷丸样件呈球形现象,激光喷丸样件的成形曲率也大幅提高,因此预应力激光喷丸成形显著优于自由状态下的激光喷丸成形。而样件的预应力施加是激光喷丸成形的关键技术之一,不同的激光喷丸样件需要的曲率各异,因此对预加载的柔性能力,也就是预应力适应工件的变化能力要求较高。文中建立了激光成形样件弹性预加载的数学模型,分析不同条件下的弹性弯曲极限,并设计预应力施加夹具进行验证,结果证明板料预加载建模结果符合要求。
In the laser peening forming, the spherical phenomenon of free state of laser peening sample can be effectively overcome and the forming curvature can be substantially improved under elastic pre-loading. Therefore, laser peening forming of elastic pre-loading is evidently better than laser peening forming of free state. Applying prestress is one of the key technologies of laser peening forming. With different laser peening sample, a variety of curvatures are, needed. The demand for flexible capacity of elastic pre-loading, which ability adapted to changes of workpiece is high. The model of elastic pre-loading of laser peening forming sample is built and the elastic limits in bending under different conditions are analysed. The analysis results are verified through the designed fixture which is applying prestress, and the experimental results show that the model of elastic pre-loading can meet the requirments.
