After analzing the regional logistics operation mechanism on the basis of the theory of ecology and complex adaptive system,the regional logistics ecosystem concept was put forward from the perspective of ecological logistic chain. The attributes of regional logistics ecosystem was proposed through comparing regional logistics ecosystem with natural ecosystem,and the hierarchy structure and spatial structure models of regional logistics ecosystem were built,so that it provided a new angle of view for scientific understanding and management of regional logistics.
