干旱胁迫是干旱、半干旱生态区玉米减产的首要因素,本试验在干旱胁迫条件下,以成熟期玉米自交系产量的抗旱指数为标准,对目前我国科研和生产中应用的骨干自交系的抗旱性进行了研究,鉴评出极强抗旱、丰产性材料12份,分别是:VB114、齐318、V155、昌7—2、VSDb1、V778、VD98、VH19、V478—6001、VY26、8723、中黄64;强抗旱丰产材料9份,分别是:V90141、444、V155—6001、VA-7X、994061、郑58、VQ2179、V8112X、V319X-1;中等抗旱丰产材料21份,分别是M017、VD9、VG39、V319X-6、VF26—2、VD10—3、V1—2、K12、65232、V5066、VH9、潍美5021、VD6723、VF15—2—1、V76012—3、潍美0066、P138、综31、VD46、VF583、VA6~2。
Drought stress is one of the important factors for maize yield reduction in arid and semiarid ecological areas. The drought resistance of the elite inbred lines applied in breeding and production in China was evaluated under drought stress. Based on the drought resistance coefficient of yield of maize inbred lines at mature stage, 12 varieties were selected with very strong drought resistance and good yield, including VBll4,Qi 318,V155, Chang 7 - 2, VSDM, V778, VD98, VH19, V478 - 6001, V-Y26,8723, Zhonghuang 64 ; 9 inbred lines had the strong drought resistance and good yield, including V90141,444, V155 -6001, VA -7X, 994061 ,Zheng 58 ,VQ2179 ,V8112X,V319X -1 ;and 21 inbred lines had the middle drought resistance and good yield, including Mo17, VDg, VG39, V319X - 6, VF26 - 2, VD10 - 3, V1 - 2, K12,65232, V5066, VH 9, Weimei 5021, VD6723, VF15 - 2 - 1, V76012 - 3, Weimei 0066, P138, Zong 31, VD46, VF583, VA6 - 2.
