采用z-扫描测试技术研究两代树枝状化合物(G1和G2)的光限幅特性.结果表明,G1的光限幅效应比G2好,是一种有应用前景的光限幅材料.用真空沉积和溶液旋转涂膜的方法,制备了结构为ITO/PEDOT:PSS/G1/PCBM/LiF/Al和ITO/PEDOT;PSS/G2:PCBM(1%)/LiF/Al的有机异质结光伏器件.在100mw/cm^2光强照射下,G1和G2具有相近的光伏性质,相应的能量转化效率为0.012%.
Optical limiting (OL) performances of two dendrimers (G1 and G2) were studied by z-scan measurement. The results show that G1 has the better OL effect compared to G2 and is considered to be a potential OL material. Organic heterostructure photovoltaic devices with configurations of ITO/PEDOT : PSS/G1/PCBM/LiF/A1 and ITO/PEDOT : PSS/G2 : PCBM(I%)/LiF/A1 were fabricated by the methods of vacuum deposition and spin coating. Both devices with G1 and G2 show the similar photovoltaic performance with a power conversion efficiency of 0. 012% under the illumination of AM1.5, 100 mW/cm^2.
