利用OH-PLIF测试技术在狭缝燃烧器上考察了不同壁面条件对平行平板间甲烷/空气预混火焰壁面附近处OH浓度分布的影响。实验结果表明,随着壁面间距的减小,狭缝火焰出现不稳定传播现象,不同壁面温度下不稳定传播现象不同。壁面附近OH浓度越高,熄火间距越小。壁面附近的OH浓度是决定熄火间距的关键因素,而火焰的OH浓度峰值只表示中心火焰的强弱。光滑表面附近可以维持较高的OH浓度,熄火间距比粗糙表面小。
Effects of different surface conditions on OH intensity above the surface of premixed methane/air flame at slit burner between two parallel walls were investigated by OH-PLIF(Planar Laser-Induced Fluorescence) testing technology.The obtained results show that instability flame propagation appears in slit flame with the decrease of distance between the walls and the instability phenomena are different at different surface temperature.The higher OH intensity above the surface is,the smaller quenching distance is.OH intensity above the surface is critical factor which decide quenching distance.The maximum OH intensity in the flame,however,just represent strong or weak of center flame.Smooth surface can provide higher OH intensity above the surface and sustain a flame in smaller quenching distance than the coarse one at the conditions investigated.
