本文运用超效率DEA方法,估算了2004-2013年中国区域基于环境污染异质性的全要素能源效率,分析了区域能源与环境协调性。结果显示:环境因素是目前中国能源效率仍处于较低水平的重要因素之一;我国区域间环境因素差异化较大,东部地区除河北、山东省之外的大多数省份以及东北地区的辽宁省,能够实现能源环境协调发展,西部绝大多数省份的能源与环境之间关系没有得到根本性改善,且东、中、西部差距不断扩大。
Using the super-efficiency DEA model,the total-factor energy efficiency was estimated based on the environmental pollution heterogeneity during 2004- 2013 in China,and the harmony of regional energy and environment was analyzed. The results show that the environmental factor is one of important factors leading to the low energy efficiency. The differentiation of environmental factor between different areas is huge. Harmonious development of energy and environment is realized in Liaoning province which is in northeast China and most provinces in the east except Hebei and Shandong,while in most provinces in the west is not. To the worse,the gap between the eastern and western China is enlarged unceasingly.
