建立了一种以价廉易得的白杨素为原料,经溴代反应、甲氧基化反应、选择性的甲基化和去甲基化反应合成了5个在天然产物中不易得到的A环多氧取代黄酮的方法,产物结构经1HNMR、13CNMR和EI-Ms分析确认。该方法操作简便、条件温和、产率高、成本低,适合工业化生产。
An expeditious synthesis of five A-ring of polyoxy- genated flavones by the reaction of bromination, methoxylation, selective methylation and demethylation starting from ehrysin is reported. The structure was confirmed by NMR, FT- IR and MS. This synthetic method can be simply and econom- ically operated with mild conditions and high yield and it is suitable for largescale pilot-plant synthesis.
