文章借助商用有限元分析软件MSC.MARC,对单旋轮无芯模旋压成形过程进行了三维弹塑性有限元模拟,对旋压过程中几个关键工艺参数与变形力之间的关系进行了研究;采用电测方法测定了旋压加工过程的旋压力,分析了旋压力曲线的变化特征及不同工艺参数对旋压力的影响。结果表明,在起旋时由于旋轮与工件接触时的冲击作用,旋压力曲线出现较大波动;在圆弧与直壁过渡部位出现旋压力最大值;在终旋段,旋压力曲线平稳下降。旋压力随压下量、进给比、旋轮圆角半径的增加而增加;3个旋压分力之间存在着如下关系:径向分力〉轴向分力〉切向分力。模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好。
The mandreless neck-spinning with single roller is simulated by the 3D elastic-plastic FEM software, MSC. MARC, toinvestigate the relationships among the key processing parameters and spinning forces. The spinning force is measured by meansof electrometric method. The variation characteristics of the spinning force and the influences of the processing parameters on the spinning force are analyzed. The results show that the large fluctuation of spinning force occurs at the initial spinning stage; the maximum spinning force occurs at the transitional position between the arc and straight wall~ the spinning force decreases smooth- ly at the ending stage. The spinning force increases with increasing the reduction of blank radius, the feed rate and the roundness radius of roller. The relationship among the three components of spinning force is.. radial component 〉 axial component 〉 tan- gential spinning force. The simulation results conform well to the experiment one.
