Knowledge-sharing, especially tacit knowledge-sharing plays a vital role in the evolution of corporate competitive advantages. The harrier to and the premium of tacit knowledge sharing were analyzed. From game theory,micro-mechanism for tacit knowledge-sharing was explores and its utility was discussed via a case. Mechanism of tacit knowledge-sharing for corporate was also designed.
