英文摘要：
There are such eight factors as knowledge, relationship, authority, motivation, time, the synergetic effects of technical directors and the expected synergetic effects of industry chain board influencing the synergetic capacity in industry chain board. Besides the information, other factors have the remarkable influence to the industrial chain board＇s synergetic capacity, which demonstrates that the mechanisms of interaction and information sharing did not play their roles or these mechanisms have not been formed. So, in revitalizing the industry chain, we should formulate a sound synergetic governance mechanism, smooth the internal and external channels for industry chain information transfer, and cultivate an institutional environment for information transfer, screening and sharing.
