用线性极化方法研究了铜对BH4^-氧化的电化学行为。室温下,在2.0mol/LNaBH4+2.0mol/LNaOH的阳极电解液中,由铜阳极、铂阴极和NRE-212膜组成的直接硼氢化物燃料电池(DBFC)的最大电流密度和最大功率密度分别为235mA/cm^2和46.14mW/cm^2;用恒流法以20mA/cm^2进行寿命测试,电压在0.6V左右稳定达50h。扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线衍射(XRD)测试的结果表明:实验中阳极表面形貌不断变化,但始终为铜单质。
The electrochemical behaviors of copper on the oxidation of borohydride was investigated by liner polarization. In the anolyte of 2.0 mol/L NaBH4 + 2.0 mol/L NaOH, the maximum current density and maximum power density of direct borohydride fuel cell (DBFC) which constructed by copper anode, platinum cathode and NRE-212 membrane at room temperature was 235 mA/cm^2 and 46.14 mW/cm^2, respectively. The voltage was stable at about 0.6 V for 50 h when the life test was carried out galvanostatically at the current density of 20 mA/cm^2. The results of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) tests showed that the composition of anode was still copper simple substance although surface morphology of anode changed constantly during the experiment.
