细菌纤维素经过LiCl/DMAc体系溶解再生后可溶于碱溶剂体系NaOH/尿素/硫脲混合液中.本实验研究了再生细菌纤维素在NaOH/尿素/硫脲溶剂体系中的溶解机理以及NaOH、尿素、硫脲的浓度对溶解性能的影响,从而得到该体系下的最佳溶解条件:NaOH质量分数7%,尿素质量分数8%,硫脲质量分数10%,预冷温度在-10℃以下.
Regenerated bacterial cellulose received from the dissolution of BC in LiCI/DMAc and the coagulation from distilled water can be dissolved in NaOH/urea/thiourea aqueous solution. The dissolution mechanism of RBC in NaOH/ urea/ thiourea aqueous solution and the influences of different concentration of NaOH, urea and thiourea are studied. Then the best dissolving conditions of RBC are concluded as 7% NaOH, 8% urea, 10% thiourea aqueous solution precooled below to -10℃.
