干细胞抗原-1是小鼠造血干细胞的标志分子,同时几乎在所有组织、器官的干/祖细胞表面都有表达。已有越来越多的学者开始研究并发现了Sca-1的其他功能,发现它不仅仅是一种表面标记分子,还在干/祖细胞的自我更新及分化过程中发挥重要作用,并有可能为人类众多疾病的发病机理提供依据。本文就目前对干细胞抗原-1的相关认识、研究发现及存在的问题进行综述。

英文摘要：

Stem cell antigen-1 is the most common marker used to enrich adult murine hematopoietic stem cells and it is almost expressed in every tissues,organs and the surfaces of stem/progenitor cells.More scholars have already researched and found some other functions of Sca-1.It not only acts as a marker but also plays an important role in the process of stem/progenitor cells’ self-renewal and differentiation.And maybe it can provide some evidences about the pathogenesis of human diseases.This article reviews some related understanding,researches and problems about Sca-1.
