Objective： To summarize the nursing experience of patients with elephantiasis. Methods the clinical data of patients admitted to our hospital from elephantiasis review system, treated by excision of the lesion skin grafting method. Results： 8 cases of patients with satisfactory effect, without compli- cation. Conclusion： operation treatment is an effective method for treating elephantiasis. Strict selection of indication and preoperative preparation is a prereq- uisite for successful treatment, careful intraoperative, postoperative nursing and observation is an important part of successful treatment, can reduce compli- cations, improve the success rate of treatment.
