为解决压滤式成型混凝土配合比设计问题,应用正交设计基本原理,以抗压强度为依据,砂率、胶凝材料用量、矿物掺合料用量、复掺比例为四个因素展开研究。研究表明:在影响抗压强度的因素中,其作用大小随龄期变化而变化,按照不同因素对28 d抗压强度影响作用大小排序依次为:矿物掺合料用量〉复掺比例〉砂率〉胶凝材料用量。配合比中以A3B3C2D3(即砂率:50%,胶凝材料用量:550 kgm3,矿物掺合料用量:20%,粉煤灰与矿粉掺量之比:2∶1)最佳,以及对试验结果进行了极差分析和验证。
To solve the filter comperssion molding concrete mix design problem, the basic principles of orthogonal design was applied to compressive strength as a basis and sand ratio, dosage of gelled material, dosage of mineral admixtures, mixed ratio as four factors for the study.Research shows that in the influencing factors of compressive strength, the effect size changes over ages, according to their effect size on 28 d compressive strength in the order dosage of mineral admixtures 〉 mixed ratio 〉 sand ratio 〉 dosage of gelled materi- al. Mix in A3 B3 C2 D3 ( i.e., sand ratio 50%, gelled material 550 kg/m3 , admixture ratio of 20%, mixed ratio 2:1 )is best.Based on the test results, both range analysis and verification were performed.
