Self-assembly process, assembly original spontaneous innovation of ordered structures by intermolecular interactions is an important way to create new substances and generate new features. Based on DNA knowledge, technology accumulation, DNA self-assembly product of predictability and programmable design, DNA self-assembly method is an ideal choice to build bottom-up nano-architecture. In this paper, it can provide theoretical direction for further DNA self-assembly research. The research situation of DNA logical self-assembly is investigated, and the theory of DNA logical self-assembly is analyzed. Logical operation mechanism and application prospects on DNA self-assembly are discussed.
