选择反映磨削加工性系统行为的加工过程/输出参数,作为系统特征变量,选择陶瓷材料的性能参数为相关因素变量,应用灰关联分析法,分别生成各变量的处理数据序列,建立系统特征变量和相关因素变量的绝对灰关联度矩阵,利用优势分析原则确定陶瓷材料各种性能参数对其磨削加工性的影响程度。以SiC、Al2O3、Si3N4和ZrO2 4种陶瓷材料为例,应用灰关联分析法确定出4种性能参数对陶瓷材料磨削加工性影响程度的排序。研究实例表明,灰关联分析法是确定陶瓷材料性能参数对磨削加工性的影响程度的一种合理、有效的方法。
The machining process/output parameters, which reflected the system behavior of grindability, were selected as characteristic variables of system. The property parameters of ceramics were selected as factor variables. The processed data sequences of all variables were calculated according to analytical grey incidence process. Absolute degree of incidence matrixes for system characteristic variables and factor variables were established. Influences of property parameters on ceramic grindability were determined according to the superior analytical principle. Taken four ceramics, SiC, A1203, Si3 N4 and ZrO2 for example, influences of four property parameters on ceramic grindability were ranked. Above example suggests that analytical grey incidence process can beas a reasonable and available method to determine the influence degree of property parameters on ceramic grindability.
