针对滚动轴承的麻点和剥落失效,研究了可靠度、温度、润滑剂和添加剂、表面粗糙度、材料、载荷分布、环向应力和界面滑动对滚动轴承疲劳寿命的影响。考虑多种失效模式的滚动轴承疲劳过程中,剪应力决定了裂纹的萌生,正应力决定了裂纹的扩展。综合研究各个影响因素之间的耦合作用,以期全面准确地计算滚动轴承的疲劳寿命。
For pitting and spalling failures of rolling bearings,the effects of reliability,temperature,lubricants and additives,surface roughness,material,load distribution,hoop stress and interface slip on fatigue life of rolling bearings are studied. With respect to fatigue process for rolling bearings in different failure modes,the shear stress dominates the initiation of cracks,and the normal stress dominates the propagation of cracks. The coupling effects among different influencing factors are comprehensively researched to fully and accurately calculate the fatigue life of rolling bearings.
