The Japanese private novel is the literature of＂I write myself＂. Its idea is to realize the consistency of the＂creative self＂with the＂created self＂by means of truthful recording. However,a comparison between the internal and external texts of some of the private novels appeared in later 1920 s indicates that the concepts of ＂facts＂and ＂self＂are vague and uncertain,the ＂creative self＂and the ＂created self＂often deviated with each other. Therefore the ＂truthful recording＂is only a myth.
