运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,在综合罗杰斯教育理论前期研究基础上,结合中国当前学校体育发展现状,提出了罗杰斯教育理论对中国学校体育改革的启示:1)真正理解与落实学校体育"以人为本"的课程理念;2)培养学生体育学习自主能力的作用与局限;3)形成积极互动的师生关系;4)培养体育教学中学生学习的责任感和自律意识。
Using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper proposed the enlightenment of Rodgers educational theory to the reform of school physical education in China in Rodgers's theory of education based on previous studies, combining with present situation of China's school sports development: 1 )True understanding and implementation of school physical education " peopleoriented" concept of curriculum; 2) The role and limitations of cultivating the students'independent learning ability; 31The formation of positive in- teraction between teachers and students; 4) Cultivation of students'learning responsibility and self - discipline consciousness in sports teaching.
