在恒定温度20℃、乳化时间2min、搅拌速率5×2800r/min的条件下,考察了复配乳化剂质量分数、种类和黏度及甲醇质量分数对甲醇柴油乳液黏度的影响。结果表明,在本实验条件下,甲醇柴油乳液近似为牛顿流体,乳化剂的种类、质量分数及乳液中甲醇的质量分数对乳液的黏度特性具有显著的影响。对于组分相同的甲醇柴油乳液,其黏度随着乳化剂质量分数及其黏度的增加而增大;当其他组分一定时,其黏度随着甲醇质量分数的增加而增大;所制备的甲醇柴油乳液的黏度在2.7~5.6mPa.S之间,符合国家燃油黏度标准。
Effects of methanol content, emulsifier type and its mass fraction on the viscosity characteristics of methanol-diesel emulsion were investigated under the conditions of temperature 20℃, emulsifying time 2 min and stirring speed 5 × 2800 r/min. The experimental results showed that the methanol-diesel emulsion appeared as proximately Newton fluid. The viscosity characteristics of methanol-diesel emulsion were significantly dependent on the type and mass fraction of emulsifier. For the methanol-diesel emulsions with the same composition, the viscosity of the emulsion increased with the increase of the mass fraction and viscosity of emulsifier. The viscosity of the methanol-diesel emulsion enhanced with the increase of methanol mass fraction, when the contents of other components were constant. The viscosity of prepared methanol-diesel emulsions ranged from 2.7 to 5.6 mPa. s, which meet the national standards of China.
