以高速列车碰撞试验平台为应用背景,首先开展了高速大载荷直线感应电机动子结构方案设计和受力分析;然后,采用通用有限元法分析了重要零部件的应力;最后,提出了动子结构设计的5条原则。结果表明:按这种结构方案设计的动子在该试验平台上的应用具有可行性。
Under the application background of impact testing plant for high speed train, scheme de- sign and mechanical analysis of armature of linear induction motors (LIM) with high-speed and heavy- load are carried out firstly. Then, the stress of critical components is analyzed by finite element me- thod. Finally, five principles for the structure design of the armature are proposed. The results of pre- sent research show that it is feasible to use the armature of this kind structure concept design in the application of the impact testing plant.
