高等职业教育作为中国高等教育的一种类型,教育理念和培养目标等方面不同于其他高等教育形式,其根本任务是培养一线高素质技能型专门人才,是“知识+技能”复合能力人才的培养.企业对人才的“技能”要求随着社会发展和产业升级不断变化,对高职院校教师有了更高的要求。教师一方面要具有完善知识结构,如高职教育理念、教育方法和实践技能,另一方面,教师还要不断更新自己的知识结构,才能培养适应快速发展社会的需要。但是现在教师知识结构的更新机制还很不完善,教师的主动性还有等进一步提高,这已经严重影响了人才培养质量和学院发展,亟待解决。
