高等职业教育作为中国高等教育的一种类型，教育理念和培养目标等方面不同于其他高等教育形式，其根本任务是培养一线高素质技能型专门人才，是“知识＋技能”复合能力人才的培养．企业对人才的“技能”要求随着社会发展和产业升级不断变化，对高职院校教师有了更高的要求。教师一方面要具有完善知识结构，如高职教育理念、教育方法和实践技能，另一方面，教师还要不断更新自己的知识结构，才能培养适应快速发展社会的需要。但是现在教师知识结构的更新机制还很不完善，教师的主动性还有等进一步提高，这已经严重影响了人才培养质量和学院发展，亟待解决。

As a type of Chinese higher education, higher vocational education is different from other forms of higher education, such as education idea and training target. Its basic task is to develop high quality skilled front - line talents with ＂knowledge and skill＂. Enterprise on the talent ＂skills＂ has higher requirements on the teachers in higher vocational colleges with the social development and industrial upgrading. The teacher must have perfect knowledge structure, such as the idea of higher vocational education, teaching methods and practical skills. On the other hand, teachers should constantly update their knowledge structure, in order to adapt to the rapid development of society. But now the update mechanism of teachers＂ knowledge structure is not perfect, the initiative of teachers should be improved further, and this has seriously affected the quality of personnel training and college development. This question should be solved immediately.
