目的 分析护理本科毕业生应聘考核成绩,找出存在的问题,为改进护理课堂及临床教学提供参考.方法 对参加某院2013年第2轮应聘的来自湖北省12所高校的182名应届护理本科毕业生进行理论及基础护理、急救操作技能考核.结果 护生理论、基础护理操作、急救操作考核成绩均分分别为68.1±5.2、81.3±5.4、90.3±5.9;不同级别本科院校及不同等级医院实习的护生考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01).结论 护生理论成绩偏差,一类本科院校和在三级医院实习的护生考核成绩相对较好.护理院校及医院均应重视护理教学质量的管理和监控,不断探索提高护理人才培养的方法,以为人类健康服务输送优秀的护理人才.
Objective To analyze the performance of undergraduate nursing students during job application,to find out the existing problems,and to provide references for nursing education.Methods A total of 182 undergraduate nursing students from 12 universities in Hubei province participated in theoretical,basic nursing skill,and emergency skill examinations for job application,and the results were analyzed.Results Students scored 68.1±5.2 in theory,81.3±5.4 in basic nursing skill,and 90.3±5.9 in emergency skill.The scores of students coming from different levels of universities and practicing in different grades of hospitals showed significant differences(P〈0.01 for all).Conclusion Students have a poor proficiency in theory,and those studying in higher level universities and practicing in tertiary hospitals do perform better in the examinations.Nursing schools and teaching hospitals should pay attention to management and inspection of nursing education,explore methods to improve nursing personnel training,so as to delivery excellent nurses for the society.
