采用菌丝生长速率法和室内盆栽法研究了杀菌剂HNPC—A12309对灰霉病的活性,并进行了HNPC—A12309防治黄瓜灰霉病的田间小区试验。菌丝生长速率法结果表明,HNPC—A12309对黄瓜灰霉病具有优异活性,EC50值为0.47mg/L,远优于啶酰菌胺EC50值2.44mg/L;盆栽和田间小区试验结果表明,25%HNPC—A12309EC对黄瓜灰霉病的防治效果远优于对照药剂腐霉利,与对照药剂啶酰菌胺相当。基于室内和田间药效试验结果,HNPC—A12309可以推荐用于防治果蔬菜常见病害如灰霉病等。
Fungicidal activity of HNPC-A12309 against Botrytis Cinerea was studied by the method of mycelial growth rate and greenhouse trials, and the field trails of HNPC-A12309 were carried out. The results indicate that FINPC-A12309 had excellent activity against Botrytis Cinerea, EC50 value was 0.47 mg/L, far better than boscalid ECso value of 2.44 mg/L. Field trial results showed that the efficacy of 25% HNPC-A12309 EC to Botrytis Cinerea was much better than that of Procymidone, and is comparable to that of Boscalid. Based on the results of indoor and field trials, HNPC-A12309 can be recommended for the management of diseases such as Botrytis Cinerea of fruits and vegetables.
