测定20℃、相对湿度40%~80%的环境条件下,防腐处理前后南方松胶合木构件沿宽度方向的含水率变化情况。结果表明:相同环境条件下,经防腐处理,胶合木构件的平衡含水率降低0.6%~2.1%;在试验初始阶段,构件边缘处含水率变化幅度较大,内部含水率变化相对缓慢;随着水分传递的进行,边缘处含水率变化幅度减小,内部的含水率变化幅度增大。采用一维湿传导理论分析了胶合木内部含水率变化规律,与试验结果吻合较好。
The variation of moisture content in glulam members from the southern pine was tested before and after preservative treatment under relative humidity of 40%-80% at 20 ℃. The results showed that moisture content in preservative glulam was 0. 6% -2. 1% less than that without treatment. The moisture content initially changed more greatly at edges than at the centre of members. With the transmission of moisture, moisture content at edges changed more slowly than at the center. The distribution of moisture content in glulam members was analyzed by one-dimensional moisture conduction theory which well with experimental results. agreed
