阳光环境对塑木地板材色和蠕变性能的影响

对放置在阳光环境中的塑木地板进行了材色和蠕变性能的研究。结果表明:放置四个月后,材料白度L^*、红绿轴色品指数a^*、黄蓝色轴色品指数b^*分别增加了9.3、4.18、1.42,材料色差△E^*为10.53,表明材料颜色变化大,影响美观和顾客喜好度。阳光环境中放置两个月、四个月后,材料的弯曲强度分别降低了10%和15%;蠕变试验中,25%应力水平后,材料的剩余强度分别降低了17.7%和21.9%;50%应力水平后,材料的剩余强度分别降低了28.6%和30%。而相同加载方式下,常温时,材料的剩余强度仅降低了0.6%和6.5%。阳光环境对材料的蠕变性能有一定影响,产生的应变为常温下的1.1—1.4倍。

英文摘要:

The color and creep behavior of wood-plastic composite (WPC) decking boards under the sun environment were tested. After four months placement, the results showed the L ^* ,a^*, b^* (indicated the Lab color space) increased by 9. 3, 4. 18 and 1.42 respectively, and the material chromatic aberration △E ^* was 10. 53. Material color changed greatly which influenced the appearance and customer preference. The flexural strength reduced by 10% and 15% under the sun for two months and four months respectively. The modulus of rupture reduced by 17.7% and 21.9% at 25% stress lever and 28.6% and 30% at 50% stress lever in the sun environment for two months and four months. However, the modulus of rupture just reduced by 0. 6% and 6. 5% after the same loading way. The sun environment had effect on creep behavior about WPC and the strain was 1.1 - 1.4 times than the WPC at room temperature.
