Timber logistics is the key to easing the contradiction between supply and demand. Compared with other good logistics activities, timber logistics is the weakness of the logistics field in China. Based on review on the characteristics and present situation of timber logistics, this paper discussed the main decision problem of timber logistics. Through the analysis of the research situation of the related field at home and abroad and the existing problems, the prospect of the research in timber logistics decision support system was prospected.
