With the popularity of smart phones in daily life, the phenomenon of mobile phones in class is becoming more and more common. The negative impact of the use of mobile phones is also becoming more and more significant. This paper sum-marizes the current situation of college students playing mobile phone, analyzes the reasons, and studies a series of counter-measures to solve this problem.
