杂色鲍是一种重要的养殖鲍品种,主要分布于中国南部沿海。但是近年来,鲍的病害频发,尤其是1999年以来暴发的鲍低温病毒病严重影响了鲍养殖产业的健康发展。首先对鲍低温病毒病的发现及其相关病原的鉴定进行综述,重点讨论了其主要病原——鲍肌肉萎缩症病毒(AbSV)的基因组及其与血蓝蛋白的关系,并介绍了最新建立起来的两种AbSV的快速检测方法。对10多年来鲍低温病毒病的研究进行系统总结,并提出具有重要研究价值的科学问题,为日后病毒形态及其与血蓝蛋白关系等方面的深入研究提供参考。
Haliotis diversicolor (small abalone) is an important seafood found along the southern coast of China. However, diseases of abalone occur frequently in recent years. Since 1999, the Abalone Low-temperature Virus Disease has severely affected the development of cultured abalone in China especially. This paper firstly reviewed the pathogens of the virus disease and its possible morphology. Then we put emphasis on the genome of Abalone Shriveling syndrome-associated Virus (AbSV) and the relationships between AbSV and hemocyanin. The paper also introduced two rapid detection methods of AbSV. The purpose of this article was to summarize the research progress of Abalone Low-temperature Virus Disease over the past decade, and put forward some scientific questions with important research values. This study will further provide references to the in-depth study on the morphology of AbSV and their relationships with hemocyanin.
