由于电容层析成像技术中模拟滤波和解调环节对采集速度和精度的影响,本文提出电容层析成像系统数字化方案,设计以高速数字信号处理器为核心的12电极高速数据采集和处理系统,利用FPGA实现数字滤波和数字解调,构建了全新的数字化ECT系统。理论分析和实验表明,该系统数据采集和处理速度快,抗噪声性强,完全满足ECT成像实时性要求,精度也有一定的提高。
To solve the bottleneck of imaging speed and the issuing of precision for analogue filter and analogue demodulation of electrical capacitance tomography, this thesis puts forward and designs a digitalized system of electrical capacitance tomography. The designed system is based on the Digital Signal Processing and Field Programme Gate Array to provide a new digitalized system of electrical capacitance tomography , which includes the digital filting and the digital demodulating algorithm on the basis of the FPGA. The resuits of theoretics analysis and experiment show that the design has the advantages of both the high data acquisition speed and the high noise rejection ability. It can meet the needs for data acquisition system in electrical capacitance tomography very well and improve the precision of the imaging process.
