人力资源管理是一门理论性与实践性均很强的课程,随着理论教学的日趋成熟,越来越多的教学一线人员发现要想取得良好的教学效果,除了继续加强理论教学外,更要重视实践教学的应用,尤其是对一些地方工科院校的人文社科专业来说更应如此。本文结合《人力资源管理》课程特点,以河北工业大学为例,详细介绍了案例分析与讨论、情景模拟与角色扮演、社会实践(企业调研)等实践教学方式在人力资源管理课程中的应用,以期对同行有所启示。
The course of" Human resource management" has stronger characteristics both in theory and in practice. With the maturation of theory teaching, more and more teachers find that obtaining good teaching effects not only rely on continuing to strengthen theory teaching but also on paying more attention to practice teaching, especially to literal arts and humanities of some local engineering colleges and institutes. Taking Hebei University of Technology as an example, this paper introduces respectively case analysis, scenario simulation, role playing and social practice in the teaching of human resource management course in order to provide some references.
