6 potato varieties were cultivated in Guizhou to study their adaptabilities compare with Favorita （CK）. The field selecting experiment showed that Fuke-76 demonstrated good characteristics in experiment fields. Therefore, Fuke-76 was recommended to develop in Guizhou for winter planting. The yield was Hezuo-88 better, but the longer growth period, suitable for spring planting. Yet, Qianyu-1, Jizhangshu-8 and Qinshu-9 were worth for further study.
