依据我国 1991~2012年的相关数据, 采用就业弹性回归法、 就业弹性差 分法、 产业结构偏离度法等对现代服务业发展与就业吸纳能力之间的关系进行实证分析。 研究结果显示: 我国现代服务业经济增长与就业人数之间存在正相关关系; 现代服务业增加值比重、 就业比重都相对偏低; 现代服务业中的房地产业, 金融业,信息传输、 计算机服务和软件业等是未来就业吸纳能力较强的行业。 针对研究结果就如何实现现代服务业与就业增长的协调发展提出相关建议。
Employing relevant data from 1991 to 2012, the article empirically analyzed the relationship between the development of modern service industry and its employment absorption capacity by using regression analysis method and difference method of employment elasticity,structure deviation degree. The result shows that modern service industry in China is growing rapidly and it has strong ability to absorb employment. Every 1% increase in value-added of modern service industry brings an increase in number of employed persons at roughly 0.1443%.The value-added of modern service industry as a share of GDP and the personnel number of modern service industry as a share of total number of employed persons are comparatively low. The employment services among industries have different capacities to absorb employment. The financial intermediation, real estate, computer service and software industry have the highest employment absorption capacity. Based on the research,the article proposed some reasonable suggestions in the aspect of how to realize the coordinated development between modern service industry and employment growth.
