辽宁某铁矿石铁品位为28.74%,铁主要以赤铁矿形式存在。为确定矿石合理碎磨工艺流程,进行了矿石粉碎特性研究。磨矿功指数试验表明,矿石Bond球磨功指数为8.66 k Wh/t,属中硬矿石且易磨,可采用自磨工艺。为进一步考察矿石在自磨(半自磨)机中的粉碎特性,进行了冲击粉碎试验和磨蚀粉碎试验。结果表明:矿石抗冲击粉碎作用模型为t_(10)=80.82×(1-e~(-0.53×Ecs)),其A×b值为42.8,抗冲击粉碎能力属于中硬范畴;磨蚀指数Ta值为0.28,抗磨蚀能力属于硬的范畴。试验结果可以为该矿石合理碎磨方式的选择提供基础数据支撑。
There is 28. 74% iron in an iron ore in Liaoning,iron mainly exists in form of hematite. To determine proper comminution process,comminution characteristics research on the ore were conducted. Bond work index test indicated,Bond work index of ore is 8. 66 k Wh/t,and the ore belongs to medium-hard category and can be dealt with semi-autogenous grinding process. In order to further investigate crushing characteristics of ore in semi-autogenous grinding machine,impact crushing test and abrasion crushing test were carried out. Result shows that model of ore impact grinding is t10= 80. 82 ×( 1-e-0. 53 × Ecs),A× b = 42. 8,the resistance to crushing the ore belongs to the category of medium-hard. And the abrasion index Ta= 0. 28,its abrasion resistance belongs to the hard category. Experiment results can provide basic data support for rational grinding method of the mineral.
