Computer organization principle is a basic course for the computer department students,which contains many compli cate and abstract conceptions.And to understand these conceptions,students need compose them into a system and connect them with each other.The complexity of this course requires the teachers higher.This paper bases on our teaching experiments,pro poses one teaching method of computer organization principle that treats the data as the main thread.This method combines the theory teaching and the computer simulation;let the students study more intuitively and understandably.
