研究红禾麻Laportea bulbifera的化学成分,为其质量控制指标性成分的选择提供依据。采用大孔树脂,正相、反相硅胶,葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20等柱层析方法分离纯化得到10个化合物,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其分别为(-)-没食子儿茶素(1)、(±)-表没食子儿茶素(2)、(+)-儿茶素(3)、(-).表儿茶素(4)、间苯三酚(5)、胡萝卜苷(6),β-谷甾醇(7)、棕榈酸甲酯(8)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(9)、亚油酸乙酯(10)。其中化合物1—5,8—10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
The chemical constituents of Laportea bul, bulbifera were studied to provide the chemical markers for its quality control. Ten compounds were isolated by various column chromatography (CC)including macroporons resin CC, silica gel CC,reversed phase C18CC and Sephadex LH-20 CC. Their structures were identified as(-)-gallocatechln(1), ( ± )-epi- gallocatechin (2), ( + ) -catechin (3), ( - ) -epicatechln ( 4 ), phloroglucinol ( 5 ), daneosterol ( 6 ), β-sitosterol ( 7 ), methyl palmltate (8), dibutyl phthalate (9), and ethyl linoleate ( 10 ) by spectroscopic analysis. Compounds 1-5 and 8-10 were isolated from the genus Laportea for the first time.
