通过磁悬浮熔炼+铜模吹铸法制备出直径为2 mm的Zr-Cu、Zr-Ni、Zr-Co二元合金试样,研究了二元Zr基金属间化合物玻璃的形成。结果表明,Zr41Cu59二元合金成分点处在过冷液体吉布斯自由能最低和发生共晶反应的交界成分区域处;Zr49.5Ni50.5二元合金成分点处在共晶反应成分区域内;Zr67Ni33、Zr67Co33、Zr50Co50二元合金成分点处于金属间化合物吉布斯自由能最低的成分区域内。二元合金过冷液体吉布斯自由能最低的成分区域范围较小,要准确判断出金属间化合物玻璃的形成区域很困难,对制备工艺要求较高。
A series 2 mm rod samples of Zr-Cu、Zr-Ni、Zr-Co were prepared by magnetic suspend metling and copper mold ejection casting method.Formation of binary Zr based intermetallic glasses were investigated.The results indicate that the composition regions of Zr41Cu59 binary alloy are between the lowest Gibbs free energy of supercooled liquid and eutectic reaction;The composition regions of Zr49.5Ni50.5 binary alloy are in the eutectic reaction;The composition regions of Zr67Ni33、Zr67Co33、Zr50Co50 binary alloys are in the intermetallic composition having lowest Gibbs free energy;The composition regions of binary alloy supercooled liquid which have the lowest Gibbs free energy are small,so that accurately determining the formation of intermetallic glass is difficult,that demands high-precision preparation process.
