在输入电压220V、灯丝电流20μA、输出功率40μA、反射功率50μA、真空度700 Pa条件下采用微波等离子体(MWP)处理云南松木材表面,并通过测定处理前后其表面接触角变化研究样品位置和处理时间对云南松木材表面润湿性的影响,结果表明:云南松木材表面经MWP处理后,接触角大幅下降,润湿性显著增加,即使处理条件十分微弱,处理效果也很明显,这是因为MWP处理改变了云南松木材表面形貌和表面化学组成;样品位置为120 mm、处理时间为60~300 s时处理效果最好,蒸馏水、二碘甲烷接触角降为0°。
